Permission sets¶
The package ships three permission sets. Assign them to your users based on what they should be able to do.
| Permission set | Grants |
|---|---|
DataEnrichmentAdminAccess |
Configuration, permission management and manual runs |
DataEnrichmentAccess |
Work with suggestions, start and retry runs |
DataEnrichmentUserAccess |

Assigning access in-app¶
You don't need to leave the app. Open Configuration → Permission Sets:
- Search for the user.
- Tick the box for the set you want to grant.
- The counters at the top show how many users hold each set.
Assignments save immediately, one click per change.
Two rules to know
- Assigning permission sets needs the Salesforce permission Assign Permission Sets on the acting admin.
- You cannot remove your own admin access — another admin has to do that. This prevents locking yourself out of the configuration.
Assigning in Setup¶
You can also assign the sets the standard way in Setup → Permission Sets → Manage Assignments. Both paths do the same thing; the in-app tab is just faster for day-to-day changes.
